Studio Santé Policies

Arrival Time
To ensure safety, we kindly ask all new clients to arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins. If it is your first time on the MEGAPRO for a Lagree class you MUST be at studio 7-10 min before class for a walk through. These are new machines that we need to walk you through in order for you to have a great class.

This allows time for a brief introduction to the format and completion of the required liability waiver. If you are new to the MEGAPRO and cannot arrive 7 - 10 minutes early, you will not be able to participate in the class.

What to Bring
For Lagree (Megaformer) classes, grip socks are required. You may bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio. For sculpt, mat Pilates, and vinyasa yoga classes, you will need to bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Electrolytes are encouraged, as these are heated classes. We also sell electrolytes in studio.

Age Requirement

All clients must be 18 years of age or older to attend classes at Studio Santé. For the safety of our clients and to maintain the integrity of the class experience, children are not permitted in the studio at any time, including sitting in the back of the room, lobby, or any studio space while a parent or guardian takes class. We appreciate your understanding in helping us create a safe, focused, and elevated environment for everyone.

Heated Classes: How Hot Is It?
All heated classes use infrared heat, which warms the body from the inside out. Standard heated classes range from 96 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit, while warm classes are set between 90 and 96 degrees Fahrenheit. For our Warm classes it is 80-90 degrees Fahrenheit.

Showers?

We have 3 showers if you need to quickly rinse off before or after class.

Cancellation Policy
Late cancellations will incur a $20 fee and loss of credit which will be charged to the card on file. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class to avoid penalties. Arriving 10 minutes late is considered a no-show, and clients will be charged $25 for a no show and forfeit their class credit. No exceptions will be made to this policy. Refunds for class credits or charges are only issued in the case of a medical emergency with a doctor’s note. We are not able to provide refunds for issues related to parking.If you are having trouble finding parking, the garage by Ramble Room in Snider Plaza is a great option and is typically around 50% full, making it easy to find a spot.

Outstanding Account Balances
In the event of an outstanding balance on your account due to billing issues, a member of our team will contact you to resolve the issue. Failure to clear the balance within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of booking privileges. Once the balance is resolved, your account will be reinstated, and you will receive an email confirmation.

ClassPass & Third-Party Bookings
Reservations made through ClassPass or any other third-party platform are subject to the fees and policies determined by the respective third party. Studio Santé’s six-hour cancellation policy applies universally to all reservations, including those made through third-party platforms. As Studio Santé does not manage or adjust these bookings, all inquiries regarding third-party reservations should be directed to the original platform.

Membership Freeze or Cancellations?
We’re happy to accommodate a membership freeze. The freeze fee is $50. However, if you’re pregnant or recovering from a severe injury that will keep you out for more than three months, we’ll waive the fee with a doctor’s note or appropriate documentation.

Each membership requires a 3 month commitment. After 3 months you can cancel. No exceptions will be made. If you would like to cancel after the 3 month mark please email at least 7 days before your renewal date. Any later and the cancelation will apply to your next renewal.

First-Time Visitors
First-time visitors must arrive at least 10 minutes before class. Late arrivals will not be admitted due to safety reasons, and no refunds or class credits will be issued for first-time clients who arrive late. Grip socks are mandatory for all Lagree classes.

Private Sessions
For private training inquiries, please email us at info@studiosantedallas.com. Our standard cancellation policy applies to all private sessions.

Discount Programs
We offer a student and teacher discount of 15% with valid ID and a current class schedule.
